If you're a RAFA student of Renaissance customer who has purchased our art instructional programs or enrolled in the Renaissance Academy of Fine Arts, you can get support by emailing us at the address below. This is also for anyone who needs help purchasing programs or enrolling in classes on our site.

For service and support, please email us below with detailed information and we will contact you within 12 - 24 hours. Our response time is typically within less than 1 hour to 4 hours during normal operating hours. 
If you contact us on a Saturday of Sunday, it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to receive a response. On Sundays, we will respond as soon as possible on Monday, the next business day.

RENAISSANCE CREATIVE ARTS, LLC REFUND POLICY: Refund requests must be made within 15 days of the purchase date of your program and are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to our customers' and students' satisfaction with all our art instruction training programs. We work with anyone who may have issues to resolve them as quickly as possible. From time to time there may be technical issues as with any online programs, but we have a nearly 100% success rate in resolving issues whether on our side or the user's side. If the issue is on our side and cannot be resolved, we will issue a refund. We typically are able to resolve any issue within 48 - 72 hours.
